If store owner did not process orders on time, the store owner who take guarantee of your store may also get affected as it may lead to their store being closed for some time. This is just to ensure quality of our platform.

Store owners are solely responsible for processing their orders promptly. They must monitor their order management dashboard regularly to ensure they are meeting customer expectations.

Store owners must communicate transparently with their customers regarding any delays or issues in processing their orders. Customers should be informed promptly about the status of their orders.

The store owner has no right to cancel an order. They must process orders within the given time frame.
